Rye whiskey
Out of Thyme
Smoky, earthy, and citrusy with a bold whiskey base.
This dry, spirit-forward cocktail layers earthy and smoky elements over a foundation of rye whiskey. Lapsang souchong tea brings an aromatic smokiness, complementing the bright citrus pop of orange bitters. Fresh thyme adds an herbaceous earthiness, tying the ingredients together seamlessly.
