- Blanco tequila
- Sweet vermouth
- Lemon wedges
- Soda water
- Angostura bitters
Build
- 01 Add 2 oz blanco tequila to a chilled shaking tin.
- 02 Squeeze two lemon wedges directly into the shaking tin.
- 03 Add 0.5 oz sweet vermouth and 2 dashes Angostura bitters.
- 04 Shake with ice for 12–15 seconds until well-chilled.
- 05 Strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass.
- 06 Top with 1.5 oz soda water.
