Build

  1. 01 Combine 2 oz gin, 0.25 oz lavender syrup, and 2 dashes orange bitters in a mixing glass with ice.
  2. 02 Stir until well-chilled, approximately 15-20 seconds.
  3. 03 Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
  4. 04 Express the orange peel over the drink to release its oils, then drop it into the glass.
