- Lime juice

Build
- 01 Add 2 oz blanco tequila to a highball glass filled with ice.
- 02 Add 0.5 oz Cointreau.
- 03 Add 0.5 oz hot honey syrup (1:1 honey and hot water, infused with a small pinch of chili powder).
- 04 Add 1 oz fresh lime juice and 2 oz pineapple juice.
- 05 Top with 2 oz sparkling water.
- 06 Stir gently to combine.
- 07 Serve immediately.
