This tall cocktail pairs blanco tequila with zesty lime and juicy pineapple, brightened by a touch of orange liqueur. A dash of hot honey syrup adds a subtle but satisfying heat, while sparkling water lightens the finish. Perfectly balanced between tart, sweet, and spicy, it’s easygoing yet adventurous.

  • Cointreau
  • Lime juice
  • Pineapple juice
  • Hot honey syrup
  • Sparkling water

Build

  1. 01 Add 2 oz blanco tequila to a highball glass filled with ice.
  2. 02 Add 0.5 oz Cointreau.
  3. 03 Add 0.5 oz hot honey syrup (1:1 honey and hot water, infused with a small pinch of chili powder).
  4. 04 Add 1 oz fresh lime juice and 2 oz pineapple juice.
  5. 05 Top with 2 oz sparkling water.
  6. 06 Stir gently to combine.
  7. 07 Serve immediately.
