Build

  1. 01 Add 2 oz white rum, 1/4 oz chamomile syrup, and 6 fresh basil leaves to a shaker.
  2. 02 Gently muddle the basil leaves to release aroma โ€” do not overmuddle.
  3. 03 Fill shaker with ice and shake lightly to combine.
  4. 04 Double strain into a Collins glass filled with ice.
  5. 05 Top with 4 oz club soda and stir gently to incorporate.
