White rum
Ghosting Season
White rum, herbal layers, and soda for a breezy spark.
White rum forms a crisp backbone for this airy highball, infused with a delicate blend of muddled basil and a touch of chamomile syrup for complexity. Club soda lightens the drink, providing a clean, sparkling finish that highlights the herbal interplay without overwhelming sweetness or acidity.
