Blanco tequila
Ghosted in Oaxaca
Fruity, smoky, and herbal — dry with a bright finish.
This cocktail blends the crisp brightness of blanco tequila with the smokiness of mezcal, bringing layers of complexity. Bright lemon juice adds a touch of tartness balanced by a dry curaçao for a restrained sweetness, while muddled blackberries and a soft herbaceous note from sage round out the flavor. Served over ice, it’s refreshing yet bold.
