- Blanco tequila
- Elderflower liqueur
- Pear juice
- Dry vermouth
- Fresh rosemary
Build
- 01 Add 2 oz blanco tequila, 0.5 oz elderflower liqueur, 0.5 oz dry vermouth, and 1 oz pear juice to a shaker.
- 02 Lightly slap a small sprig of rosemary to release its oils, then add it to the shaker.
- 03 Add ice and stir gently for 15 seconds to chill and dilute.
- 04 Strain over a large ice cube in a rocks glass.
